Product description

Radish 'Sora' (Raphanus sativus var.sativus L.)

This bright red variety of radish produces beautiful, round, crunchy fruits that resist cracking and stay firm for a long time. It has medium-length leaves that are also edible. The easiest way to eat them is by adding them to a salad, or by mixing with olive oil, nuts and garlic for a zesty pesto. Radish ripens very quickly. You will start harvesting just 3 weeks after sowing. Therefore do not sow all the seeds at once, but successively week after week, sow 10-12 seeds to enjoy fresh vegetables throughout the season.
The ideal position for a radish should be sunny and airy, and the soil rich in humus, moderately heavy and evenly moist.
They will also grow on the balcony in a sufficiently deep pot and cool place.
