Spinach Matador (Spinacia oleracea)
Spinach is a very healthy substitute for lettuce, full of iron, magnesium, vegetable protein and B vitamins. The Matador variety grows fast, gives very high yields and is suitable for spring, autumn and winter cultivation. Its leaves are dark green and fleshy.
Spinach thrives best in humus-rich, well-drained soils, in sunny or semi-shaded positions.

Cultivation
Put the spinach seeds into the holes, approx. 3 cm deep, every 5 - 10 cm in rows spaced 30 cm apart.
Direct Sowing: March, April, August, September
Sowing depth: 3cm
